classic apple crisp

My grandmother's recipe for classic apple crisp! Fully thick and goosee with a delicious butter layer. The Best Fall Desert


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups sliced or diced apples
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Mix the first three ingredients and place them in an 8 g 8 8 baking dish.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the apple mixture.
  3. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Serve hot with whipped cream or ice cream, or drizzle with caramel or honey. Cool the remaining.
Classic apple chris is the perfect fall dessert! Hot Sweet Apples are topped with a sweet, Butter Crispi toppings. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you've got the perfect dessert!

One of the things I remember about living in the north was Fall. When I was living in Massachusetts, I first went to take the apple and it was the best! You are tied in all sweaters and casual clothes, walk through the ground and find the best apples, then roam the farm house and drink hot apple cider, fresh apple fridge accounts. Then make a delicious apple dessert or house with your reward. When we moved from Arizona to Oregon, the selection of apple was one of those things about which I was most excited!



This is our favorite to make the classic Apple Crisp. It's so easy and always hits! I can not ever eat hot, sweet apples sweets Some of them just warm you from inside! This is also the last relaxing meal. I always think of the comfortable days and when I think about apple desserts, the leaves fall and a classic apple is at the top of the crisp list!
